We manage homes — we don’t list them, sell them, or step between you and your relationship. If a homeowner we manage ever decides to buy or sell, they go straight back to you, with our recommendation.

The referral bonus is paid after a referred property signs a management agreement with LegacyRnR and completes its first month of bookings. No cap on the number of referrals. Where a referring party is a licensed real estate professional, payment is made in accordance with applicable California regulations.
